At Me Blush Jewels (Zayra), we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

If your item is eligible for refund it will be credited in your bank account in 3-5 days

Exchange Policy

Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are applicable for size issues, defective products, or incorrect items received.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

2. Pick-Up or Self-Ship – We will arrange a pick-up (if available in your area) or request you to self-ship the item.

3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will verify its condition.

4. Replacement Dispatch – Upon approval, we will dispatch the replacement within 3-5 working days.

Important Notes

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Return shipping charges may apply in some cases.
